We offer follow-up sessions for individuals who have already completed the basic 8-session training. The sessions are based on the principles of MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and include various Mindfulness & meditation exercises.

in the VUB psychological wellbeing survey several VUB PhD candidates indicated that they perceive a lot of mental stress due to their work and show heightened risk for psychological distress. Therefore, the VUB doctoral schools developed together with BRUCC a special program targeting psychological challenges for VUB PhD candidates.

You are older than 16 y.o. and you have (suspicion) of AD(H)D. You experience some difficulties in your studies, at work, with the relationships, in your free time. You would like to get a better understanding of AD(H)D and what it entails for you as an adult. If such is the case, than this group training is for you.
