You are older than 16 y.o. and you have (suspicion) of AD(H)D. You experience some difficulties in your studies, at work, with the relationships, in your free time. You would like to get a better understanding of AD(H)D and what it entails for you as an adult. If such is the case, than this group training is for you.
This 5-week group training is designed specifically for (young) adults with (a suspicion of) AD(H)D. This training offers an alternation of psycho-education about ADHD, exchanging experiences and learning new skills, such as planning and organising, reducing distractibility and dealing with procrastination. This is not a treatment. Our main aim is to provide new insights, tools and tips and tricks that can help you deal with AD(H)D more effectively.
