CONTENT
Do you feel constantly “on,” stuck in your head, and finding it hard to relax? Do you have the impression that talking about it doesn’t help? Then this active training might be something for you.
In five sessions, you will discover through breathwork, movement, and body-oriented exercises how tension settles in your body and how you can gradually release it. You’ll learn to listen to the subtle signals of your body, sense your boundaries, and restore yourself from within.
The training is based on the principles of BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System (BBTRS) and inspired by the work of Peter Levine and Bessel van der Kolk. It is not therapy, but an experiential journey toward greater relaxation, vitality, and connection with yourself.
This training is for anyone who wants to worry less, feel more, breathe better, and feel lively and present again. No experience is required, only a willingness to breathe, move, and stay curious about what your body wants to tell you.

Target group: (young) adults aged 16+
Duration: 5 sessions of 2 hours

Before the start of the course, each participant will be invited by the BRUCC trainer for an online screening/intake. Participation in the course will be concluded based on this intake.
Each participant must be present during all 5 group sessions.
